I’m Melissa, a production and creative business leader with 13+ years of experience bringing ideas to life across commercials, films, branded content, music videos, and social videos. I love being where creativity meets problem-solving — figuring out how to make ambitious ideas happen, bringing the right people together, and finding ways to make the process work better along the way. From managing complex productions and budgets to building stronger teams, relationships, and workflows, I’m always looking for ways to make good things happen and make them happen well. I bring a hands-on approach, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a knack for keeping things moving, even when things get complicated.
